Preventative A/C maintenance can keep your system in top shape to ensure that it runs efficiently while minimizing damage.

Annual Tune up

WE WILL HAVE ONE OF OUR WELL TRAINED TECHNICIANS CLEAN YOUR COILS, TEST SYSTEM OPERATION, CHECK FOR AND TEST WATER SAFETY DEVICES, CHECK ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS, SANITIZE AIR HANDLER CABINET, REPLACE FILTER AND ENSURE DRAINAGE PIPE IS CLEAR.

Maintenance contract

CUSTOMERS WHO SIGN UP FOR A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WILL RECEIVE TUNE UPS AT DISCOUNTED RATES AND WILL HAVE THAT PRICE LOCKED IN FOR THREE CONSECUTIVE YEARS. CONTRACT CUSTOMERS WILL ALSO RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT ON REPAIRS AND WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY OVERTIME RATES FOR WEEKEND AND AFTER-HOURS SERVICE.
